Collect, analyse the needs of the population of the municipality and propose solutions. Programme and manage municipal cultural and social activities. To advise on programmes and possible resources for cultural associations in the municipality. To coordinate activities proposed by other entities.
Town planning advice for citizens and the municipal corporation. Preparation of reports and procedures for building and activity licences, monitoring and control of ITEs, control of buildings in ruins or in poor condition, advice on urban planning, etc.
Designs the planning, monitoring and evaluation of equality policies at regional and municipal level.
Develops awareness-raising and training campaigns for equality and against violence against women. Manages grants and advises associations on equality issues.
To bring Basque closer to all areas, groups and functions in the region.
Attention and information for citizens on procedures, formalities, requirements and documentation that are necessary to make applications and access municipal services.
