For what purposes do we process your personal data?
In Añana Town Council we process the information provided by interested parties for one of the following purposes:
- a) Initiate or participate as an interested person in an administrative procedure in the exercise of a right.
- b) to deal appropriately with your request for public benefits or services and, where appropriate, to inform you and offer you other public benefits or services tailored to your interests.
- c) To exercise the administrative police activity of Añana Town Council.
No automated decisions will be taken on the basis of such a profile.
How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided shall be retained at least for the duration of the procedure or the use of the service and until their deletion is requested by the data subject.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the following sources:
- a) In the case of initiating or participating as an interested party in an administrative procedure in the exercise of a right, in the legal regulations governing the corresponding administrative procedure and, in general, in Law 39/2015 regulating the Common Administrative Procedure.
- b) In the case of an application for public benefits or services, in the regulations governing the public service in question.
- c) In the case of the exercise of the inspection or sanctioning activity of Añana Town Council, in the legal regulations governing the corresponding inspection, investigation, control and sanctioning activity.
- d) Finally, in the event that it is necessary to interoperate with your data in order to obtain information held by the Public Administrations, we need your non-opposition or your consent. In any case, you are reminded that, in the event that you object or do not provide this consent, you must provide the appropriate documentation in the corresponding procedure, given that otherwise your request may be rejected.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
- a) In the case of initiation or participation as a data subject in an administrative procedure in the exercise of a right, the data shall be for internal use between data subjects.
- b) In the case of a request for public benefits or services, your data will be sent to those Public Sector entities, whether their own or external, dependent or contracted, which are related to your request and which carry out the same.
- c) In the case of the exercise of the activity of inspection or sanctioning activity of Añana Town Council, the data will be for internal use.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
- Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not Añana Town Council is processing personal data concerning them.
